I received a notification or email that my subscription has been canceled, why?
There are a few different reasons why you might have received a cancellation email:
1) You actively canceled your subscription.
2) You have upgraded to a new plan. In this case, all your magazines will carry over to your new plan. Your previous plan will be reinstated if you let the new plan expire.
3) Texture canceled your subscription due to non-payment.
To check your subscription status, please:
1. Sign into your account at http://www.texture.com
2. In Account Summary, under "Order History" you will find your subscription history
3. Your subscription start date, the type of subscription and the status of that subscription will appear
